1. Arrival and access to your room
Your room is available from 3 pm on your arrival date. The key is in your room’s lockbox on the wooden post to the left of the entrance steps. We will send instructions and the code by email and SMS to the contacts in your booking on the day of arrival. There is no latest arrival time because you can use the lockbox. If the instructions do not arrive or the lockbox will not open, please call us.
Do not share the code or key with anyone outside your group. Tell us promptly if you lose the key or the code is disclosed to someone else.
2. Staying guests and room capacity
Register every person who will actually stay, including children, before arrival. Enter the details when booking; add further guests using the “More about your booking” link in the booking email, before check-in at 3 pm. Provide accurate details and tell us about any changes.
Do not exceed the capacity of your booked room. You do not have to fill every bed. Extra beds and baby cots are not available. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adults.
3. Local stay fee
The local stay fee is CZK 25 per actual staying guest and night, unless the guest is exempt by law. The system calculates the fee from the guest details provided. If you add a non-exempt guest after payment, pay the displayed supplement online before completing the addition. This does not change the room price.
4. Quiet hours and consideration for others
Observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Do not disturb other guests or neighbours with loud music, shouting or noisy parties. Use shared areas considerately and keep them clean during the day as well.
5. Smoking and animals
All indoor areas are non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking outside must not disturb other guests. Fully extinguish cigarette ends and do not leave them around the house.
Pets are not permitted. This restriction does not apply to guide or assistance dogs accompanying a person with a disability. Please tell us about their arrival in advance so that we can arrange the practical details of the stay.
6. Equipment and cleanliness
Use the room and its equipment for their intended purposes. Do not move furniture between rooms or remove equipment from the property. Never leave cooking unattended. Meals are not provided.
Put waste in the designated places and sort it according to the available bins. Do not flush wet wipes or sanitary products down the toilet. Close windows, turn off lights and lock your room when leaving.
7. Safety and emergencies
Do not cover fire detectors or tamper with safety equipment. Keep corridors and escape routes clear. Do not use naked flames, your own cooking stoves or portable heaters in rooms. Light an outdoor fire only in a designated place when current conditions and the operator’s instructions allow it.
In immediate danger, call 112, leave the unsafe area and follow the emergency services’ instructions. Inform the operator as soon as it is safe to do so.
8. Faults and damage
Report faults, missing equipment or damage promptly so that we can resolve the problem. Guests are responsible for damage demonstrably caused by them or people they allow into the property, to the extent provided by law. These rules do not introduce flat-rate fines or exclude the operator’s statutory liability.
9. Departure
Vacate your room by 10 am on the departure date unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check that you have your belongings, wash used dishes, close windows and turn off appliances that should be switched off. Drop the key into the brown mailbox below the key lockboxes on the wooden post to the left of the entrance steps, not into the small coded lockbox. Leave the room reasonably tidy.
10. Terms and conditions and personal data
Payment, booking changes, cancellations and complaints are governed by the terms and conditions delivered for your booking. These rules do not replace cancellation conditions or limit guests’ statutory rights. Information about processing registration and contact details is available in the privacy policy on our website.
The conditions disclosed to the guest when arranging the stay apply to that particular booking.
