Cookies we use
The session cookie is necessary to protect forms, retain booking progress and sign an administrator in securely. The booking and administration areas cannot operate safely without it, so consent is not required for this essential storage.
Google reCAPTCHA protection
The booking form and administrator sign-in use Google reCAPTCHA v3. It evaluates technical information about the visit and page interaction and returns a security score used to detect automated abuse. It loads only on protected pages. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
Google Maps
The embedded Google map on the Contact page loads only after you choose “Allow all”. Google may then process technical visit data and use its own cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. Without consent, the full address and a separate directions link remain available as text.
Mi-JaNET Webanalytics
With consent, our own module measures public page views, visits, browser language, device, browser, operating system and referring website (domain only). Random IDs are not linked to bookings. Country geolocation is performed locally; full IP addresses are not saved in analytics or sent to an external lookup API. Booking, payment, invoice and administration pages are excluded. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Revoking consent removes the analytics IDs from browser storage. Pseudonymous visit records are kept for up to 13 months, anti-abuse hashes for 24 hours and aggregate daily totals for historical statistics.
Browser local storage
The browser stores upicku_optional_consent_v3 locally to remember your choice. An “Allow all” choice is requested again after 12 months and an “Essential only” choice after 6 months. You may change the choice at any time using the button below; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
