Operator and service
The website is operated by Ubytování Kvilda s.r.o., Company ID 29902622, registered office at Zdíkovec 19, 384 73 Zdíkov. It presents the rooms at U Picků, Kvilda 125, and lets users check availability, calculate a price, make a booking, choose payment and securely return to an order.
How to use the service
Enter arrival, departure and guest count. The system shows suitable available rooms. After selecting one, complete contact, billing and staying-guest details, review the price and submit. Instructions and a link back to an interrupted payment arrive by email. The process can be operated by keyboard; card details are entered only on the payment gateway’s secure page.
Accessibility measures
- semantic headings, page regions and a skip link,
- keyboard operation and visible focus,
- field labels, understandable errors and text alternatives for meaningful images,
- responsive layout, scalable text and information not conveyed by colour alone,
- reduced animation when the user has enabled reduced motion.
Compliance and known limitations
Based on our own assessment, the website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Accessibility is being improved continuously; this is not an independent certification.
Some functions are supplied by Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and the ČSOB gateway and are not fully under our control. The map’s essential information—the full address—is also provided as text. Wide calendars can be scrolled horizontally on small screens, and the same information is available by selecting a room.
Alternative access and feedback
If any content or booking step is inaccessible, call +420 602 883 385 or email info@upickukvilda.cz. We will provide the information or booking assistance in an accessible alternative form. Use the same contact to report an accessibility problem and include the page, device or browser and a brief description.
